Case Manager
The Case Manager supports the Team’s Mission, Brand Promise, and Core Values by managing personal injury cases with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. This on‑site role provides remote support to the client while preparing case documentation, coordinating with attorneys, and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the case lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining strict confidentiality, managing case information, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Prepare medical summaries, claims correspondence, and legal documents for attorney review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with attorney‑client privilege and privacy laws.
- Communicate with clients to gather updated medical treatment details, work status, and other relevant information.
