Cool Aid operates 3 Shelters and 14 Supportive Housing sites within the
Greater Victoria area, supporting folks who are or may be vulnerably housed.
Casual staff are trained at a variety of sites based on need, with the
opportunity to work across all sites.

The Mental Health Worker provides
a variety of housing and shelter services including case planning, programming
for clients, assisting with daily physical and emotional supports, responding
to overdoses, administering first aid and Naloxone, accepting referrals,
registering, orienting, and advocating for clients who are vulnerably housed or
experiencing homelessness. We are looking for someone who has a genuine
interest in working with clients that may have been vulnerably housed in the
past.
