Responsibilities
Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in‐depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data‐driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
