Partner Acquisition: Identify, outreach, and evaluate new channel partners in target markets, building a strong pipeline aligned with Lark's growth strategy.
Business Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that align with Lark's overall objectives and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure partners are targeting the right audience and applying effective methodologies.
Coaching & Enablement: Work closely with the partner enablement team to track enablement progress, provide pitch coaching and sales guidance, and implement interventions as needed to drive partner growth and accountability.
