Chef de Partie – Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol, Baja California Sur

Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol invites an experienced Chef de Partie to lead the kitchen brigade at a luxury resort in the Cabo San Lucas region. The role requires culinary excellence, team leadership, and strict adherence to service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise kitchen brigade ensuring timely, high‑quality food production.
  • Maintain sanitation, hygiene, mise‑place, and storage areas according to health‑food safety protocols.
  • Coordinate ingredient inventory, rotation, and procurement, applying the PEPS system.
  • Prepare and execute recipes with discipline, discipline, and consistency.
  • Control refrigerator temperatures and monitor food safety equipment.
  • Communicate incident reports, shortages, and floor staff needs to Sous Chef and leadership.
