Chief Consultant Paediatrician & Neonatologist

Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical care to neonates, infants, and children. Supervise and lead the paediatrics and NICU team including junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff. Manage Level II/III NICU including ventilated and critically ill neonates. Oversee all paediatric inpatient and outpatient services. Ensure clinical protocols, guidelines, and safety practices are adhered to. Collaborate with obstetricians for antenatal counselling and delivery room management. Participate in case discussions, mortality reviews, and quality assurance activities. Train and mentor junior doctors and staff in paediatric/neonatal care. Handle administrative duties related to department budgeting, planning, and reporting. Participate in CME programs, workshops, and conferences to promote knowledge sharing.
