Job Description

HealthOPM is partnering with a Toronto-based non-profit organization to recruit experienced Child and Youth Care professionals to support adolescents impacted by sexual exploitation, gender-based violence, and complex trauma.

This program provides 24-hour residential care for youth ages 12–17 and operates within a structured, trauma-informed treatment model. Opportunities are available across day, evening, and awake overnight schedules, depending on operational needs and candidate experience.
