We're looking for a performance coach—someone who makes real estate agents stop making excuses, start working their leads, and actually close. Someone who reads churn risk before it happens, holds hard conversations with warmth and zero judgment, and operates at a level where results are non‑negotiable.

We're a bilingual (Spanish/English) real estate marketing agency partnering with Latino and Hispanic agents across the US. We don't just generate leads— we build performance systems around our clients and guarantee results. We're scaling fast and we need an A‑player to own client success at the highest level.

• Own the full client relationship from onboarding to renewal
• Monitor each client's lead pipeline and run weekly accountability calls
• Identify churn risk before it happens—and intervene
