Job Description

Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations using standardized tools Diagnose mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, etc. Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions Develop personalized treatment and intervention plans Offer counseling and crisis intervention support Maintain confidential client records and documentation Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (District mental health doctors and team, social workers, educators, etc.) Provide psych education to clients, their families, and community groups Support / refer rehabilitation and behavior modification programs Participate in awareness programs, outreach, and mental health campaigns (especially in NGOs settings) Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
