What you'll do:
As a Cloud ERP Finance Solution Customer Success Manager Expert (S‑CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor to IT and Finance executives, ensuring customers realize measurable business value from SAP ERP solutions. You will drive adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across ERP‑related use cases while aligning outcomes with customer strategic priorities.
You will partner closely with CIO and CFO organizations to support transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, accelerate time‑to‑value, and drive for innovation.
This role will specifically focus on the ERP Adoption cycle, ensuring the fastest time to value possible.
