Job Description
The Cluster Group Sales Manager position is based in the United States (TX or NY). The position sells to the corporate group market for both Rosewood Mayakoba and Rosewood Mandarina by prospecting, building relationships, and generating demand that leads to closing contracts in the corporate group and social segments. The manager will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are strategically focused on maximizing revenue for rooms, catering, spa and other ancillary revenue centers of the resort.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Book business and exceed revenue goals selling accommodations, food and beverage, spa services and ancillary revenues within the corporate group/event segment
- Prospect for new business, build relationships, attend industry events/trade shows, and apply closing skills to secure business for the 2 resorts.
