The Role

Working across multiple locations, this role builds capability on the bar, sets clear brew standards and partners with managers to embed best practice.

  • Train baristas and FOH teams on espresso fundamentals & workflow
  • Implement brew specs, dial-in routines and quality checks
  • Launch and bed-in new products, equipment and SOPs
  • Coach on speed, consistency, waste control and upselling
  • Support store leaders to lift coffee KPIs and guest satisfaction

Skills and Experience
