Community Group Support Coordinator (6-month Contract)

Our Recreation and Culture department is currently seeking an engaged and community‑minded temporary full-time Community Group Support Coordinator.  This position plays a vital role in supporting not‑for‑profit organizations that help deliver recreational and cultural services across the County. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, provide guidance to community groups, and support Council processes and grant programs.

The Community Group Support Coordinator serves as the primary contact for not-for-profit and volunteer community groups that operate within the County of Grande Prairie. The focus is on community groups that provide services for activities that fall within the County’s Recreation and Culture policies, endeavors, and grant programs.
