The team is undergoing a major capability transformation, migrating from an application‑centric portfolio model to a full Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework within ServiceNow. The organization requires an in‑house architect to guide the evolution from the current APM module to the new EA module, ensuring long‑term architectural integrity, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
