Brief Role Description

Manage and administer the tasks and operations of the Infrastructure, Operations, Cloud Operations, IT Security Operations and Technologies team across work areas. This includes adherence to industry best practices, oversight of key performance indicators, management of physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure, and compliance with laws, regulatory guidelines and Group policies to ensure continuous, reliable, and sustainable operations with appropriate SLAs.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Planning, operation and continuous improvement of technological infrastructure and IT services , including communication channels, workplace technologies, IT security and cloud operations. This involves planning and implementing changes and new services, ensuring continuous availability, sustainability, cost control (TCO), quality of service and customer satisfaction, and correct execution of agreed production processes.
