This position is for SUPPLA S.A.
Responsible for ensuring human resources processes in the Transportation operation.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs for staff.
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions.
- Facilitate communication between staff and organizational leaders to ensure policies are conveyed effectively.
Qualifications
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or current 6th‑semester university student.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing personnel activities, including updating employee records, contract management, and new‑hire and termination processes.
