Coordinator – Building Maintenance

Your Role

As the true conductor of operations, you play a key role in planning and the execution of maintenance activities for our buildings and infrastructure.

Your objective: to ensure a consistent level of excellence in the preventive and corrective maintenance of our real estate assets.

Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will coordinate activities, internal resources, and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal service requests within the group
• Follow up on agreements with suppliers (maintenance, ventilation, electricity, snow removal, etc.)
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work (minor and major)
• Maintain and update a list of authorized suppliers
