Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Coordinator, Medical Staff Retention and Recruitment Support to support the Medical Affairs department.
In accordance with the vision, mission, and values of Northern Health, with a specific focus on the enabling priority of “Our People”, the Coordinator, Medical Staff Retention and Recruitment is the Medical Affairs lead responsible for programs and activities related to retention, relocation, and recruitment of Medical Staff. In conjunction with the Regional Manager, and in collaboration with other Medical Affairs team members, the Coordinator also implements the medical staff marketing plan, designs processes, researches, monitors, and reports on market trends and analytics, assists in sourcing medical staff candidates, maintains and contributes to the Candidate Relationship Management platform, and assists with other retention and recruitment activities as outline...
