Corporate Lawyer (MX/LATAM)

Role Summary

Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts (licenses, services, supply) and legal documents; providing legal opinions; and managing corporate documentation. Supports internal clients across MX and LATAM, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and legal documents with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Negotiate terms under Legal Director supervision.
• Coordinate with internal clients and external counsel.
• Manage document control: versioning, signatures, renewals, and digital/physical storage.
• Prepare legal opinions, summaries, and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and other teams to align contracts with corporate policies.
