We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs team at Marsh McLennan. This role is based in Toronto. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days a week in the office.

As a Counsel or Senior Legal Specialist, you will provide strategic and tactical legal guidance to Marsh McLennan’s Marsh and Mercer US business, focusing on commercial contracting and related matters. Collaborating closely with the business and other members of the Legal Team, your responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating client engagement letters, client service agreements, consulting agreements, and statements of work (SOW).
