Responsibilities

Bring together all market and product information—linking the international melon market, breeding programme, and global crop organization. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide, influence launch of new varieties, develop future product development strategy, maintain and intensify contact with customers and the market, visit trial fields to gather data, identify opportunities for new product development, advise management on the future of melon. Act as client manager—consult customers, sell and monitor varieties, build technical knowledge to answer both agronomic and commercial questions.
