We are looking for a talented **Cross Border General Manager** to join our team and provide overall general management leadership, with accountability for regional **Cross Border Business** and dealer performance within our **Distribution Business Unit** in **Accra, Ghana.**

+ Drive profitable growth and operational excellence: Owning full P&L for the Cross Border Business, ensuring balanced scorecard targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
+ Drive high performance across cross‑border markets by strengthening dealer and partner capabilities, shaping effective go‑to‑market execution, and ensuring consistent delivery for customers operating in complex environments
