+ You will manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle—from intake through fulfillment and recognition—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all transactions.
+ You will coordinate both manual and automated order flows, including returns, credits/debits, and free-of-charge transactions, maintaining full visibility and control of the process.
+ You will proactively identify and resolve exceptions (non-touchless flows), addressing root causes to improve order accuracy, cycle time, and operational efficiency.
