Job Overview
HARMAN Automotive is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to manage corrective and preventive actions, improve quality performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer‑specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
- Maintain and continually improve the quality system.
- Manage containment actions for 0Km concerns and quality proactive notifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to ensure quality products during SOP + 90 days (Safe Launch Plan).
- Execute IPSO Audit to ensure transfer to production of new products is in accordance with approved data.
- Manage quality RMA process, review, and confirm customer deductions due to 0Km concerns (mass production).
