Job Description

Senior Customer Support Specialist (Onsite - Bogotá)

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service, handle customer inquiries, and support issue resolution across teams.

What you’ll do

  • Assist customers with account inquiries and escalations.
  • Communicate clearly and solve problems proactively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
  • Use tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.

What we’re looking for

  • English B2+ (comfortable with North American clients).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
  • Experience with support tools (Salesforce is a plus).
