Senior Customer Support Specialist (Onsite - Bogotá)
We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service, handle customer inquiries, and support issue resolution across teams.
What you’ll do
- Assist customers with account inquiries and escalations.
- Communicate clearly and solve problems proactively.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams.
- Use tools like Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
What we’re looking for
- English B2+ (comfortable with North American clients).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
- Experience with support tools (Salesforce is a plus).
