Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve total customer satisfaction by resolving problems, questions, and inquiries. Carry out the process of receiving, processing, and delivering purchase orders provided by the customer, with the goal of fulfilling their product need on time and in full.
  • Receive customer requirements and orders and enter them into the ERP system, maintaining constant communication with customers to clarify any question and confirm delivery dates.
  • Follow up and drive resolution of disputes on sales orders/deliveries/replacements/returnable packaging to guarantee the best possible service level and ensure a balance of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage protocol for data and electronic communication with customers.
