Job Description
Responsible to serve as primary communications link between customers and other internal departments in order to facilitate customer orders and requests. Assist customers on inquiries, order related issues, product information, delivery and other issues pertaining to customer orders
Full Time
- Manages the receipt and process of customer orders
- Genates customer invoices Collaborates with PM , Production, planners , and shipping
- Create and run reports such as Sales, Shipping, Delivery Score card. Inventory, reports, customer account information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably
- Experience with ERP systems SAP
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016
- Proven skills with MS Office programs
- PC proficiency including MS Office Products with an emphasis on Excel
