The Customer Service Account Specialist is a key position responsible for establishing and maintaining the distribution partner relationship to provide total satisfaction and increase sales. Additionally, the Customer Service Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the distributor and is the liaison between our partner and all internal points of contact.
