Job Description

A Brief Summary of This Position: The Customer Service Representative analyzes customer requirements and organizes the Company's efforts to meet them in ways that maximize both customer satisfaction and profit. The basic function includes responsibility for order tracking from point of manufacturing release to delivery, delivery notification and information, and daily communication with external customers, as well as Valmont representatives up and down the organization, including manufacturing, production control, galvanizing, shipping, and traffic.
