About the role

As a Customer Service Representative , you will be a key point of contact for our customers, delivering reliable support and ensuring a smooth documentation and after-sales experience. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and supporting product shipment and contract processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working independently to support customers via phone or electronic communication, providing information about products and services
  • Addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, including moderately complex issues, while following established procedures
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues, escalating or redirecting cases to appropriate departments when required
  • Facilitating documentation for product shipments to various customers
  • Providing after-sales support for assigned customer contracts when required
