WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a DC Advanced User - 3PL, you will provide an efficient and smooth system support to day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.
Specialized Operations & Administration
- Train DC associates and team leaders on new system functionalities and improvements.
- Support DC associates in daily operations and resolve system‑related issues in alignment with DC processes.
- Conduct system clean‑up, basic troubleshooting, and feedback to system specialists.
- Support operational excellence, quality and efficiency by ensuring that system‑related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
- Ensure an effective and efficient incident management, when needed (e.g. participate in bridge calls, Incident reporting).
