Portcities is seeking a driven and hands‑on Delivery Manager —consulting to lead our Mexico consulting team. This role is pivotal to ensuring high‑quality project delivery in line with our methodology, maximizing consulting income, and maintaining a professional and performance‑driven environment.

• Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for consulting income: ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects if this is not the case.
• Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
• Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue.
• Forecast consulting income accurately and track deviation from the plan.
