Portcities is seeking a driven and hands-on Delivery Manager —consulting to lead our Mexicoconsulting team. This role is pivotal to ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with our methodology, maximizing consulting income, and maintaining a professional and performance-driven environment. • Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for the consulting income:
• Ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects if this is not the case. Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
