Demand Planning Lead

As Demand Planning Lead, you will own and drive the end‑to‑end S&OP cycle, from baseline forecasting through the constrained demand plan. You will orchestrate alignment between bottlers and the company, reconciling depletions and deliveries to create a single source of truth. You will translate demand signals into clear, actionable inputs for production facilities, ensuring supply keeps pace with the market. Through timely, data‑driven analysis of demand variability, you will proactively recommend adjustments to optimize service, inventory, and performance.

• Lead S&OP (sales and operations planning) cycle, driving all monthly demand reviews with bottlers at both depletions and delivery levels. Include supply constrictions (logistics, production, material availability, etc.) that might affect demand plan.
• Sales forecasting based on statistical models and customer insights (baseline construction).
