Design Engineer – Switchgear

We are currently hiring for the position of Design Engineer LV & MV Switchgear for one of our clients in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop LV & MV switchgear panels in compliance with IEC/BS standards. Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOM). Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution. Ensure all designs meet client specifications and project requirements. Provide support during testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and preparation of technical documentation. Requirements Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in LV & MV Switchgear design is mandatory. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or EPLAN. Good understanding of LV & MV switchgear components and panel design. Sound knowledge of IEC standards and electrical engineering practices.
