This position is located at our head office in Guelph, Ontario.

Compensation:  Starting at $60,000.00 annually plus bonus.

Job Description As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the Development team with planning for specific use of land and property development for residential, industrial, hotel, and retail projects.

The position will also be responsible for various elements of contact, document control and deadline management regarding land use and developments while supporting Skyline's shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
