Die Project Engineer

The Stamping Projects Engineer has a wide variety of levels of responsibility.
The responsibilities cover all the aspects but not limited to the Stamping Project Start activities through achieving all the Project Launch Goals.
Productivity: Should be able to understand and calculate pressloads Should be able to understand the basic concepts of the press equipment related to die set assignments.
Should be able to understand the basic stamping concepts of product design.
Should be able to understand the basic concepts of the die and automation design.
Lead, coordinate and support Stamping Die sets off-load and/or in-source activities by discussing strategies with Corporate Stamping and the Stamping Plant Management.
Make business decisions based on studies of their respective press load.
