About the Opportunity

The Clinical Dietitian, as a Medical Nutrition Specialist, is the member of the interdisciplinary health professional team who directs and is responsible for the nutrition care and education of patients. The Clinical Dietitian initiates a cost-effective medical nutrition therapy care process comprised of patient assessment, the development of patient-centered, goal-focused care plan, implementation and evaluation of the plan, and ongoing monitoring nutrition care plans are outcome-focused, incorporate evidence-based practice, are formulated to optimize both clinical and fiscal outcomes, and emphasize health promotion and disease prevention.
