**ROLE**

The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) is responsible for E2E customer engagement and delivery of contractual agreement and services for SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Global cloud operations, mainly focusing on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables.
