What is the opportunity?As the Director, Cross Border Assisted Channels Strategy, you will lead the development and execution of RBC Bank’s sales strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product and Channel Strategy, you will oversee the performance of assisted channels, driving accelerated growth and client acquisition across the Canadian-U.S. cross-border niche. You will lead the performance of the Advice Centre in efficiently and effectively servicing the needs of RBC Bank’s cross border business, working in close collaboration with Digital Channels to enable capabilities in the client’s channel of choice and optimize costs to service. This role is critical in aligning RBC Bank’s cross-border value proposition with Canadian sales and service infrastructure, fostering collaboration with National Office partners, and ensuring RBC’s leadership in the cross-border market.What will you do?Strategy
