The Chapman Group is assisting its client, the Town of Woodstock, in recruiting a Director of Engineering and Municipal Services. The Director of Engineering and Municipal Services will provide strategic direction and technical leadership across municipal operations involving engineering, transportation, infrastructure construction, property and building maintenance, and water and sewer systems. The Director will play a key leadership role as part of the Senior Management Team in offering cross-departmental technical support on planning and infrastructure-related matters to ensure effective planning, development, and delivery of critical public/municipal services.Reporting to the Chief of Administrative Officer, the Director of Engineering and Municipal Services will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the town's Public Works and Utility department in collaboration with other management and supervisory staff (union and non-union employees).
