Description
The Director of Finance is responsible for managing all hotel accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, credit, cash management, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning to support informed decision‑making across the property, while maximizing hotel cash flow through effective oversight of collections, inventory controls, deposits, and disbursements. The Director partners with department leaders to provide strategic financial guidance that enhances operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, and participates in sales and rate strategy meetings to ensure pricing aligns with market trends and performance goals.
