Director of Food & Beverage | Luxury Resort - Los Cabos


We are currently seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the overall F&B strategy of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos .


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader with strong operational expertise, capable of elevating guest experiences while driving revenue, profitability, and service excellence across all outlets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction

• Ensure brand standards and service excellence

• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams


Ideal Profile:

• Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hospitality

• Strong business acumen and operational expertise
