We are currently seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the people strategy of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.
We are looking for a strategic and people-oriented leader capable of building a strong culture, driving talent development, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture
• Oversee training, development, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Partner with leadership to support business objectives
Ideal Profile:
• Previous experience in a senior HR leadership role within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
• Proven ability to lead culture and engagement initiatives
• Strategic mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced English proficiency required
