Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, include NPI, Mass Production, components and supplier quality. QMS, CIP, PFMEA, PokaYoke, GembaWalk, and Quality Excellence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and comply all customer quality requirements. Fostering strong and collaborative relationships with clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build up Total Quality Management culture and drive for Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Introduce and implement advanced mfg technologies and innovations to enhance quality.
- Develop and mentor a team of leadership with well-rounded, high-potential quality professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
