What is the opportunity?Overall, the Director of Real Estate Strategy plays a critical role in Commercial Banking’s success as they focus on developing strategies (product, pricing, policy, and people) to serve unique sector-specific client needs. You are responsible for leveraging the sector management strategy and combining it with competitive intel and input from partners in the field to formulate clear tactics designed to deliver improved financial performance, client satisfaction, market share growth and competitive advantage across the real estate asset classes including developers of residential and commercial real estate; owners of multi-family residential, industrial, retail and office; as well as hotel, self-storage, student housing and seniors housing.
