The Directors' primary responsibilities are managing multiple KMS Software client accounts, providing oversight and direction to our offshore delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, and actively participating in the sales cycle for new business. In addition, the Director focuses on retention and growth of existing business within each account.

Directors are expected to have deep knowledge and expertise in Software Service Delivery with experience in Digital Transformation implementation processes and methodologies.
