WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The incumbent serves as a critical partner to the Subsidiary Governance Office and will be responsible for overseeing technology and operations, including supporting controls and issues management across the group, governance and reporting of control assessment outputs and conclusions, and assisting the team in the implementation and continuous enhancement of the SGO’s technologies, governance model and activities.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Controls and External Reviews:

Manage and oversee all internal and external reviews, including preparation, coordination with internal and external reviewers (including auditors and regulators), and implementation of corrective actions

Develop, maintain and continually enhance subsidiary governance examination protocols and practices, including SOX processes
