Overview

As Director of Track & Structures you will lead a team ensuring the safety, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of CPKC track infrastructure throughout Southern Ontario. You will guide and develop front‑line supervisors and union employees, enforce CPKC safety practices, and drive operational excellence while meeting Transport Canada regulations.
