About the RoleWe're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Associate to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Scotch Porter, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands.This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day across DTC and Amazon.Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team.Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do.What You'll DoOperations and InventoryOwn inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC and AmazonCoordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthyMaintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecastsFlag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informedProject ManagementOwn task management and keep internal coordinat...
